Stout Expands Its Investment Banking Group in London

Stout announces that Dominic Barrett-Evans has joined the firm as Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. Dominic brings deep industry expertise in the areas of childcare, education, and healthcare. 

Dominic has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic and corporate finance advisory services, with a primary focus on sell-side transactions, mergers and acquisitions, alliance transactions, and private equity. His experience spans a broad range of sectors but is most focused on childcare and education (pre-school, daycare, K-12, schools, tertiary and online education, and training), and healthcare (healthcare services; child, adolescent, and adult specialist care; mental health and rehabilitation, including community-based services). Dominic has completed numerous cross-border transactions within these sectors, representing clients in the United States, Australia, Europe, Brazil, and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Stout, Dominic was the former Global Head of Education & Childcare at Rothschild & Co. and founded a philanthropic, strategic organization focusing on profit, and non-profit healthcare and childcare companies and organizations worldwide.

Dominic studied medicine at Southampton University, has a First Class BSc.(Hons) in Physiology & Pharmacology, and is completing his MSc. in Child Development & Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH). Dominic authored the 14th and 15th editions of Childcare for LaingBuisson.
