Stout Expands Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group

Stout is pleased to announce that Elliot Grove has joined the firm as a Director in the Investment Banking group. Elliot has extensive experience providing a full scope of transaction execution support, with a focus on sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory. He has executed numerous transactions on behalf of financial sponsors, public corporations, and privately held companies in a variety of situations, including corporate divestitures and cross-border settings. His industry experience spans a diverse range of industrial products and industrial services.

Prior to joining Stout, Elliot was a Vice President at Baird in the Global Industrials Group. Prior to that, he worked for PwC Corporate Finance in both the United States and Europe.

Elliot received his B.S. in Finance, Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He will operate out of Stout’s Chicago office.
