Stout Appoints New York and Tysons Corner Office Leaders

Stout is proud to announce Managing Directors Kim Randolph and Jeremy Krasner have been appointed leaders of the New York and Tysons Corner offices, respectively.

Kim has been a member of Stout’s Valuation Advisory group for over 10 years, is a member of the firm’s financial opinions committee, and is the Co-Leader of the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice. Her experience spans a diverse client base, including startup private entities, large public corporations, boards of directors, private equity funds, law firms, accounting firms, and financial institutions.

Jeremy has over 20 years of finance-related experience providing business valuation and advisory services for Fortune 500 companies, middle market corporations, early-stage, growth companies, and private equity-controlled entities. Additionally, Jeremy co-leads the firm’s Information Technology Valuation practice and is a member of the firm’s technical steering committee for overall business valuations and tax and financial reporting issues.
