Stout announced today that its client, Package Design and Manufacturing, Inc. (PDM), has been acquired by Signode Industrial Group. Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to PDM in connection with this transaction.

PDM, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Brighton, MI, is a packaging solutions provider that manufactures highly engineered, complex interior protective packaging products serving the consumer, cold-chain, aerospace, and electronics end markets.
