Stout announced today that its client, Imperial Plastics, Inc., has been acquired by Commercial Plastics Co., a full-service plastic products manufacturer with facilities located in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. Stout served as financial advisor to Imperial Plastics in connection with this transaction.

Imperial Plastics is a widely regarded manufacturer of highly technical, engineered injection molded components for the agricultural, building materials, outdoor recreation, and industrials end markets. The Company was founded in 1968 and operates out of two facilities located in Lakeville and Mora, Minnesota.
