Sid Chhabria Joins Stout’s Investment Banking Group
Stout is pleased to announce that Sid Chhabria has joined the firm as Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. Sid brings more than 15 years of strategic advisory experience, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and debt and equity financing transactions, with an emphasis on environmental and industrial services as well as transportation and logistics.
Prior to joining Stout, Sid led M&A, strategic planning, infrastructure development, and waste-by-rail operations as a Corporate Vice President for Republic Services, one of the largest environmental service companies in North America. Previously, Sid spent over 10 years as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Securities, formerly Merrill Lynch, based in New York City and London. Sid began his career as an oil, gas and petrochemical consultant at Siemens.

Sid received his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Maryland and his M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He will be based in Stout’s Chicago office.
