Seth Morganstern Joins Stout's Investment Banking Group
Stout is pleased to announce that Seth Morganstern has joined the firm as Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. Seth brings more than 15 years of strategic advisory experience, including merger and acquisition (M&A), corporate development, and management consulting, with an emphasis on professional and government services.
Prior to joining Stout, Seth was a Managing Director with Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was responsible for covering the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest markets, and working with industrial companies as well as business, professional, tech-enabled, and government service organizations. Previously, Seth worked as a Director at Equiteq, overseeing numerous sell-side engagements with IT-enabled services, management consultancies, marketing and media agencies, and engineering consultancies. Seth also spent time at leading global financial services firms.

Seth received his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. He will be based in Charlotte, NC.
