“We are pleased to welcome Mark to our Investment Banking team,” said Nick Jachim, Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Stout. “Mark’s background spans a broad range of industrial and automotive clients, further boosting our industry-focused approach to serving our clients throughout Michigan and beyond,” he added.

“I am thrilled to be joining Stout’s investment banking team, which has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has a rich history in Detroit,” said Mark. “I believe Stout’s global footprint, expertise across multiple service areas, and industry specializations make for an ideal middle market investment banking platform.”

Mark received his B.S. in Accounting from Miami University Richard T. Farmer School of Business and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He will operate out of Stout’s Detroit and Grand Rapids, MI, offices.
