Chris Swiecicki Joins Stout’s Transaction Advisory Group

Stout is pleased to announce that Chris Swiecicki has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Transaction Advisory group. Chris brings more than 18 years of experience in advising companies and their boards in corporate finance, valuation, and transaction fairness and solvency opinions. He is the newest addition to Stout’s market-leading Transaction Opinions practice.

Prior to joining Stout, Chris served as a Managing Director in the Duff & Phelps Opinions Practice at Kroll, where he developed specialties in fairness opinions, solvency opinions, liability management transactions, corporate finance, corporate valuation, and ESOPs.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Gies College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Chris is based in Stout’s Chicago office.
