Fair Market Value - Long-Term Incentive Plan

Stout was hired to determine the fair market value of a subsidiary of a privately-held company that operates as a provider of business management and financial services for the higher education and government markets. Our valuation report was used to determine a long-term incentive bonus payment to a key executive as part of his employment agreement. We performed the valuation under two scenarios that reflected the potential loss of a significant contract with a federal government agency.
