Stout served as the exclusive financial advisor to ASR 2401 Fountainview, LP and ASR 2401 Fountainview, LLC during their joint Chapter 11 proceeding. ASR 2401 Foutainview, LP owned a 10-story, 174,000-square-foot office building in Houston. Stout advised the debtors and their owner during the course of a contested sale process. Stout advised the debtors, the debtors’ owner and counsel to the debtor during negotiations with the trustee for a collateralized debt obligation that held the mortgage on the building. Stout also provided financial reporting, prepared monthly operating reports as required by the US Trustee and prepared cash forecasts. The building was ultimately sold to an investor group.
