Stout provided expert testimony in a breach of contract matter involving a commercial real estate landlord and tenant. We reviewed the financial records of the plaintiff as well as the expert report of the plaintiff’s expert and provided a rebuttal damages opinion damages assuming a breach of contract occurred.
