Performed CLM managed services for Fortune 250 agribusiness
Stout developed a governance model for a Fortune 250 agribusiness to successfully manage and support the implemented contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology and provided strategic oversight into the client’s contracting trends, usage, and metrics.
As part of post-implementation support, the client engaged Stout to leverage our deep familiarity with its global contracting processes and CLM best practices to provide the following managed service package:
- Design and workflow enhancements to synchronize the CLM system with the client’s evolving contracting processes
- A system health check to continually monitor system performance and usage and issue spot for trends and investment yield
- An ongoing training series for global CLM users to facilitate effective and increased user adoption across existing and newly onboarded users
- Process and training documentation development for updated contracting processes and corresponding training materials (e.g., quick reference guides, videos)
- Consistent communication and reminders to global CLM users regarding system enhancements, upcoming system updates, a training schedule, system maintenance, and support resources
- Contract data review and refinement to improve searchability, reporting, and legacy data anomalies
