Our team led a Fortune 100 healthcare company through a document management system selection effort. We assisted the client in:

  • Gathering and prioritizing system requirements
  • Crafting RFP questions
  • Consolidating and scoring vendor responses
  • Providing a recommended solution to meet the client’s needs

During the implementation of the selected cloud-based system, our team assisted in the business process workflow design, migration planning and integration mapping for several systems including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory. We also ensured the client’s records retention policy was factored into the new workflows and system usage.
