Stout determined the lost business income of a commercial building damaged by a fire and the insurance company’s alleged failure to meet its obligations under the insurance policy. We researched and evaluated industry conditions and calculated the lost business income based on the historical operating performance of the commercial building prior to subsequent significant historical events.
