Our inclusive environment fosters innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit that benefits our clients and employees. Stout’s team of professionals offers our clients a broad range of capabilities, experience, and expertise, enhancing our ability to provide high-quality advisory services. Some of our most notable diversity efforts have focused on initiatives to ensure that women have equal opportunity at our firm and across our industry.
The Women’s Resource Group (WRG) was launched in 2011 with the goal of uniting and empowering Stout's network of talented professional women. The group aims to leverage business and philanthropic opportunities and provide relevant professional-development programs to help women in the workplace achieve success and enhance the overall employee experience at the firm. WRG's various committees focus on a range of opportunities including promoting Stout to women outside the organization, internal programming, and recruitment. The group also manages the Stout women's conference, which focuses on networking and relationship building by bringing women professionals together. The conference includes a series of networking workshops, mentoring seminars, and panel presentations.
Stout is proud to offer an annual Woman in Business Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to three qualified female students pursuing a career in business. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to women who embody Stout's core values and ambitions to help them succeed in their pursuit of a business-related career. The Women’s Resource Group granted three Stout Women in Business Scholarships, which were awarded to qualified female students pursuing finance careers.
