Stout served as the financial expert in connection with the rebuttal and assessment of a business interruption subrogation claim on behalf of the Defendant's Insurer. The subrogation related to a $22 million lost profits and lost production claim paid by the Plaintiff's insurer. We played a critical role in assessing the insurer's claim evaluation process and presented rebuttal testimony and analysis of the claim asserted by the Plaintiff.
