Stout was retained by the named monitor to assist in assessing and monitoring compliance with the terms of a regulatory settlement agreement with the World Bank. In our capacity as the advisor to the named monitor we evaluated existing ethics and compliance programs and assisted the company in the implementation of industry best practices. In addition, we assisted in the testing and improvement of internal controls. The outcome maximized shareholder value.
