Patrick Wischerath has over four years of experience providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, private companies, law firms, universities, and various lending institutions in the U.S.

Patrick has assisted in the quantification of damages related to patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trade dress misappropriation, trademark infringement, and breach of contract. Outside the context of ligation, he has valued intellectual property and other intangible assets for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, trust and estate issues, business tax strategy, investment decisions, consideration of assets as potential debt collateral, and decisions on whether to pursue litigation or licensing programs.

Patrick has extensive experience in valuation and quantification of damages related to FRAND licensing and Standard Essential Patents both in and outside the context of litigation, including standards such as cellular (3G, 4G, 5G), Wi-Fi (802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax), IoT (LTE-M, NB-IoT), and audio codecs (AAC, MPEG-H, EVS).

Patricks experience spans a broad array of industries, including automotive, agricultural, computer software, consumer electronics, consumer products, manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, professional services firms, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Stout, Patrick was an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting.
